BILL is hiring a Director of Design to own what BILL looks like everywhere it shows up. You’ll lead in-house designers across brand, campaign, motion, and graphic design, and collaborate with partners to execute at a high bar.
You’ll report to the VP of Marketing and build a strong, scalable design team that ships weekly, evolves the brand system, and integrates AI thoughtfully. Visa sponsorship is not available; you must be eligible to work in the United States now and in the future.
