Writer – Short-Form Content We're looking for a Writer – Short-Form Content who understands digital-first storytelling and can create engaging scripts for short-form learning and edutainment videos. This role is focused on video scripting, storytelling, audience engagement, and content performance—not traditional article or blog writing.
Key Responsibilities:
Write scripts for short-form learning, edutainment, and digital video content.
Develop strong hooks, narrative flow, information structure, pacing, and CTAs.
Simplify complex topics into clear, engaging, and conversational content.
Create content across Finance, Career, Business, English, AI, Social Media, and Government categories.
Develop episodic formats, content series, and recurring content properties.
Conduct research and fact-check information before scripting.
Adapt scripts based on audience insights, language, trends, and content performance.
Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure scripts are production-friendly.
Use AI tools for research, ideation, drafting, and content refinement, while maintaining originality and accuracy.
Think from a performance perspective—creating content that makes viewers stop, watch, understand, and continue watching.
