Remote UGC Partnerships & Content Producer

Monarch Money is seeking a detail-oriented UGC Production Specialist to lead end-to-end collaborations with user-generated content partners. You will manage outreach, feedback, rate negotiations, and licensing while using video editing tools and CMS to ensure high-quality assets aligned with our brand.
You'll work with paid social to optimize UGC for Meta and TikTok ads, analyze performance data, and test variations to maximize campaign results in a fully remote team across time zones.
