Vice President, Corporate Communications

Role Senior leader overseeing Mineralys' corporate communications as the company transitions from clinical to commercial stages. Objectives include developing a comprehensive strategy to support product launches, corporate reputation, employee engagement, and stakeholder relations.
Responsibilities Responsibilities encompass defining messaging, managing external and internal communications, brand stewardship, digital presence, crisis management, and supporting investor relations. The role involves building and leading a communications team, collaborating with cross-functional partners like Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, and Finance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications 15+ years in corporate communications within biotech or pharma, with proven experience in public company settings, product lifecycle communication, internal change management, and crisis handling. Demonstrated ability to craft compelling narratives on complex scientific and financial data, with strong leadership and collaboration skills.
Preferred Experience supporting first commercial launches and scaling internal communications functions.
Work setup Fully remote with up to 20% travel, including overnight stays.
