Brand Marketing CoordinatorFP Movement is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Brand Marketing Coordinator to support our brand and influencer marketing initiatives.Role ResponsibilitiesAssist with placing marketing gifting orders and coordinating product shipmentsMonitor influencer content and campaign performance through CreatorIQSupport day-to-day influencer communications, including event invitations, product shipment updates, and campaign logisticsAssist with creator sourcing, event invite lists, and campaign casting recommendationsAssist with brand campaigns and product-focused campaignsAssist with monthly and quarterly marketing recaps for all brand marketing projectsTake notes in relevant meetings and send timely recaps to the teamMaintain marketing doc and image librarySupport and assist onsite for brand events and photoshootsManage daily organizational tasks to ensure the marketing team and office is running smoothlySome occasional night and weekend events requiredRole Qualifications1–3 years of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, social media, PR, or a related fieldStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPassion for FP Movement brand and the activewear spaceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWell-versed in editing, grammar, and proofreading techniquesExtremely organizedStrong work ethic and time management skills, ability to prioritize projects and multitaskA collaborative, "team-first" attitude and willingness to move quicklyDetail-oriented and strategic thinkerExperience with Microsoft Excel, project tracking documents, Asana, and Canva preferredThis role is based in Los Angeles, CA.The wage range for this role is $70,000-70,000.
