Community Manager: Residents, Rentals & Team Lead

RHP Properties, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager for Villa West in West Jordan, UT. The role manages daily administration, operations, and staff to ensure a profitable, professional community.
You will oversee rent collection, delinquency actions, and safety, while maintaining resident relations and coordinating with maintenance and corporate teams. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 2–3 years of PM experience and MS Office proficiency. MRI experience preferred.
