Job Title: Marketing Director / Community Relations Director

Job Summary:

Forest Hills Place Assisted Living, a retirement community in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Director / Community Relations Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and growing census by developing a strategic sales and marketing plan and providing prospective residents and/or responsible parties with appropriate information and assistance. Responsibilities:

Develop a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy to drive census growth and increase revenue

Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, leading to a consistent flow of quality referrals to the building

Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools to manage referral source sales and inquiries

Employ IMPACT Selling with referral sources and inquiries to ensure successful outcomes

Effectively communicate with prospective residents and/or responsible parties to provide information and assistance to choose Forest Hills Place Assisted Living

Provide tours of the building and consultative follow-up with inquiries

Maintain a thorough knowledge of the building's products and services, resident care related capabilities, and physician relations

Consistently employs IMPACT Selling with referral sources and inquiries to drive sales and revenue growth

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field

Proven track record of driving census growth and increasing revenue

Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledgeable in the admission process of Wavier, Mycare, PACE admissions

Compensation:

$80,000 - $95,000 annually
