Brand Growth & Paid Media Director

The Fountain Group is seeking a Paid Media Manager for a hybrid role in New York. You will lead planning, execution, and reporting for paid media campaigns across channels, and manage media agency relationships to optimize channel mix.
The ideal candidate brings 8–10+ years of paid media experience, strong data analytics, 1P data targeting, and budget pacing with MMM exposure. A Bachelor's degree is required, and collaboration with analytics and sales teams is essential.
