Responsibilities develop and oversee enterprise-wide internal engagement
site-specific communication at major global locations
enterprise change communication
serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership (CHRO, General Counsel, Chief Transformation Officer)
lead a team of 10+ professionals
collaborate across HR, Legal, Communications, and Governance functions
support organizational change initiatives
Qualifications bachelor’s degree in communications or related field
20+ years in strategic communications—preferably within biopharma or healthcare—demonstrated experience in leading global, multicultural teams, large-scale campaigns, and transformation projects
proven ability to influence C-suite leaders and develop enterprise communication frameworks
