Senior Director & Head of Enterprise Technology Communications

Role Senior leader responsible for defining and executing Takeda's enterprise technology and AI communications strategy, enhancing understanding among stakeholders, investors, employees, and external partners.
Responsibilities develop and align messaging on digital transformation, AI, cybersecurity, data, and innovation
serve as strategic adviser to the Chief Digital & Technology Officer
lead external visibility efforts, media relations, thought leadership
drive employee engagement and organizational storytelling
manage the global enterprise technology communications team
and shape Takeda's digital narrative to position it as a leader in digital biopharma.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing or related field
15+ years of experience in technology or digital transformation communications, preferably within healthcare or biopharma sectors
proven expertise advising senior executives
experience leading global, cross-functional communications teams
deep understanding of enterprise technology, AI, cybersecurity, and healthcare innovation trends
strong media relations background, with established industry relationships
exceptional communication skills and stakeholder influencing ability
