is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth ages 12–25 through creative arts, mentorship, and workforce development. We provide safe, inspiring spaces for young people to dream, connect, and grow, helping them build skills, confidence, and opportunities for a brighter future.
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator to help develop engaging content that highlights our programs, youth initiatives, events, volunteer opportunities, and impact across social media platforms.
What You’ll Do:
Create engaging social media content, including posts, reels, short-form videos, stories, and graphics.
Develop creative content ideas aligned with FYAR’s mission and brand.
Help plan and organize a social media content calendar.
Collaborate with the social media and communications teams.
Stay aware of relevant social media trends and suggest creative ways to increase engagement.
Help showcase FYAR programs, events, volunteers, and community impact.
What We’re Looking For:
Creativity and strong storytelling skills.
Interest in social media, digital content, marketing, communications, or the arts.
Good written and visual communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, or YouTube.
Nice to Have:
Experience creating Reels, TikToks, Shorts, or other short-form video.
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and engagement metrics.
Photography or videography experience.
Experience managing a social media page or content calendar.
A portfolio or examples of previous content creation.
