Boutique Resort Sales & Marketing Director

Amara Resort and Spa in Sedona, AZ, seeks a Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM) to lead internal and external sales efforts for our 100-room lifestyle resort and spa. Drive strategies to secure new accounts and maintain existing relationships, while maximizing rooms, catering, and banquet revenues.
The DOSM will partner with Revenue to reach RevPAR targets, mentor staff, and promote the property to top leisure travel networks. Involvement with eProposal/eMenus and event platforms is essential.
