Head of Marketing & Growth National Franchise (Hybrid)

Taste Buds Kitchen is seeking a Head of Marketing to build and lead our strategic marketing engine. You will own unit-level revenue growth, national brand strategy, CRM customer journeys, paid digital acquisition, website CRO, and local store marketing ROI.
You will lead an internal Creative & Brand Marketing Manager and partner with agencies to drive profitability across 40+ locations. Hybrid work with HQ in Chester, MD.
