About the Role:
Mona Lisa Cosmetic Surgery is looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist with a passion for videography and photography to join our team in New York, NY. This is your chance to shape the visual identity of a premier cosmetic surgery brand, creating stunning content that connects with patients and elevates our online presence. Responsibilities:

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook

Develop and manage a consistent content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and brand goals

Capture before-and-after transformations, patient testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage in a professional and compliant manner

Monitor social media analytics and adjust content strategy to maximize engagement, reach, and follower growth

Collaborate with physicians and staff to highlight services, promotions, and practice culture

Manage community engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and fostering an active online community

Stay current on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and aesthetic industry content trends

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation

Proficient in videography and photography with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative visual storytelling

Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut

Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and short-form video content best practices

Knowledge of photo editing tools such as Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop

Ability to handle sensitive medical content with professionalism, discretion, and HIPAA awareness

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Passion for the beauty, wellness, or aesthetics industry is a strong plus
