About The Role Input 1 and gotoPremiumFinance are hiring a Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist to manage our social presence and create content across writing, graphics, and video. You'll blend strategy with hands-on production to connect with insurance industry audiences.
What You'll Do Manage social channels across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit
Create social copy, blogs, graphics, and short-form video content
Run and optimize paid social campaigns via LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
Track performance metrics and use data to refine strategy
Support executive and sales team social accounts
Capture and produce content at industry events and conferences
What You Need Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3+ years managing B2B or corporate social media accounts with measurable results
Strong copywriting skills across both short-form and long-form content
Proficiency with professional creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or DaVinci Resolve
Experience with paid social ad platforms and campaign management
Nice to Have Background in insurance, insurtech, fintech, or SaaS
Experience editing short-form video for digital platforms
