Senior Content Creator (Fully Remote)

Create original social-first content, including appearing on camera, across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Own and execute the content social strategy: audience, platform mix, content pillars, posting cadence, and growth targets.
Manage the multi-channel organic content calendar with a steady pipeline of fresh ideas.
Influencer and Agency Management:
Direct the influencer and creator program: sourcing, briefs, content approval, and relationship management.
Lead the UGC program with the growth team to source and boost high-performing content.
Serve as the primary point of contact for external social and influencer agency partners.
Reporting and Collaboration:
Contribute to product marketing and brand campaigns cross-functionally.
Strengthen customer service communications on social channels.
Own social reporting and analytics, sharing learnings to continuously optimize.
