About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Management Intern to support our marketing and social operations team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands‑on experience managing social channels, working with AI‑powered tools, and collaborating with a distributed startup team.

You will assist with day‑to‑day social media execution, content scheduling, engagement tracking, and performance analysis across multiple platforms.

This is a hybrid role with remote flexibility and periodic in‑person collaboration. East Coast candidates are preferred , and some travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing social media content across platforms

Monitor engagement, comments, and messages, ensuring timely responses

Support reporting on content performance using defined KPIs

Help maintain content calendars and posting workflows

Conduct basic competitive and trend research

Collaborate with marketing, content, and strategy teams

Support campaign execution and testing initiatives

Skills

Social media coordination and execution

Analytical thinking and reporting

Time management

Communication and collaboration

Hospitality industry experience

Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality or related field

Experience working virtually with distributed teams

Willingness to travel occasionally

East Coast location for time-zone alignment
