The Virginian-Pilot is seeking an audience engagement editor (Digital Producer) to join our newsroom in the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area. You will craft headlines, newsletters and social posts, monitor breaking news, and help shape Virginia’s best coverage with data-driven decisions.
You will lead digital and audience strategy, edit for AP style, and collaborate with teams across platforms while working night and weekend hours in a hybrid environment near Hampton Roads.
