UI/UX Developer

Location: REMOTE (but need onsite presence if required in Charlottesville, VA)
Duration: Full Time role
Client: DIA
Need Minimum TS Clearance
Duties and responsibilities:
Designs and implements visually appealing, functional UIs.
Illustrates UI design using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
Validates UI/UX requirements with users.
Recommends front-end development frameworks.
Troubleshoots UX issues.
Implements Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical field.
3+ years of front-end development experience, with proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular and React, plus HTML, CSS, and XML.
3+ years of UI/UX design and development experience on an Agile team, showing an understanding of UX principles, patterns, and practices.
Proficiency with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience using Design Thinking or Human-Centered Design processes.
Experience translating customer requirements into modern, dynamic, engaging, responsive web interfaces.
UI/UX professional certificate. (Preferred not required)
