About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Marketing Coordinator Trainees .
This entry-level position is ideal for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and business development . Marketing Coordinator Trainees work directly with prospective customers while supporting customer acquisition efforts, building brand awareness, and contributing to overall sales goals.
No previous experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing coaching to help team members develop strong communication, sales, and professional skills.
What You’ll Do
Engage directly with prospective customers through face-to-face interactions
Introduce customers to available products, services, and current promotions
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Support sales, marketing, and customer acquisition efforts
Generate leads and contribute to individual and team sales goals
Build positive relationships with prospective customers
Help increase brand awareness and customer engagement
Develop strong product and service knowledge
Maintain a professional and positive customer experience
Track customer interactions and individual performance
Work alongside team members and leadership to achieve performance goals
Participate in ongoing product, sales, marketing, and professional development training
What We’re Looking For
Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required .
