Remote Senior Growth & Performance Marketing Lead

IBLV Automated is seeking a senior, hands-on paid acquisition operator to own the full funnel from market insight to creative, media buying, landing-page conversion, and attribution.
This is a full-time remote role (U.S. preferred). Expect to optimize CAC, payback, retention quality, and scalable growth, collaborating directly with the Founder & CEO to implement high-value tests and iterative execution.
