Nello is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to drive revenue growth for drinknello.com through paid channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube. You will own the paid media strategy and scale a subscription model in a fast-moving wellness brand.
You’ll lead end-to-end funnel optimization, CRO, landing-page testing, and performance reporting, collaborate with creators, and guide budgeting and attribution with a data-driven, hands-on approach.
