Senior Paid Media & SEO Strategy Lead

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to own strategy, performance and client-facing leadership across paid search, paid social, SEO and CRO. This hybrid role includes joining sales calls to shape strategy, overseeing internal and external specialists, and building performance roadmaps to deliver measurable outcomes.
You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and organic search, audit PPC and SEO efforts, and lead KPI tracking with the marketing team.
