Media Editor / Content Intern

Franklin Dental Care & Dentures is hiring a Media Editor / Content Intern to join our media team in Franklin, OH. You will turn raw footage from our shoots into finished short-form and long-form content for Franklin Dental, Bright Smiles Community Outreach and Turabify, working directly with our videographer and content director. What you will do - Edit vertical short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and longer YouTube pieces from raw footage - Sync multi-camera and screen-capture footage, cut to our existing brand templates, add captions, lower-thirds, end cards and music - Repurpose long videos into clips and create 16:9 + 9:16 thumbnail pairs - Follow the brand guides and house edit standard; export to locked per-platform presets - File finished work in our Google Drive structure and log it in the content sheet - Give input on what to film next based on what performs What we are looking for - Hands-on experience editing video (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or Final Cut) - portfolio or links required - Ability to match an existing style rather than only your own - Comfortable with dental / healthcare / business content and a fast weekly output - Organized, reliable, works independently after training - Bonus: Photoshop/Canva, motion graphics, color grading, AI editing tools Details - Paid internship, part-time, full-time, in person at our Franklin, OH office (some remote editing possible after training) - Flexible schedule around classes; opportunity to grow into a larger media role - Students and recent grads in video, film, media or marketing encouraged to apply How to apply: submit your resume and a link to your best 2-3 edits.
