Remote Growth & Brand Marketing Leader

Trend is seeking a seasoned marketer to build repeatable processes and help scale the marketing org. You will work directly with the CEO and Head of Growth to expand growth across channels, manage contractors, and ensure consistent Trend branding and marketing activities.
You will launch growth experiments, analyze performance, and optimize the marketing stack. This role emphasizes ownership of campaigns, copy, and reporting while growing the marketing team and capacity.
