Growth Lead: Data-Driven Onboarding & Paid Media

Parallel Web Systems is seeking the first dedicated growth hire to own our growth motion. You will run experiments across the funnel, test the marketing site, optimize signup-to-activation, and manage paid channels while collaborating with marketing, design, and product on activation and onboarding data.
You think in conversion rates, cohorts, and statistical significance; you’ve shipped on live sites, handled paid spend with CAC awareness, and prefer small, fast changes over large redesigns.
