Description: Cub Club Aid
Job Summary:
The Cub Club Aid assists in providing a safe, supportive, and engaging before and afterschool experience for elementary-aged students enrolled in the Cub Club program. Working under the supervision of the Cub Club Coordinator and/or school administration, this position focuses on student supervision, positive interaction, and support of daily program activities.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children preferred
- Ability to supervise groups of elementary-aged students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, patient, and responsible
- Must meet district employment requirements, including background checks
Working Conditions:
- School-based environment
- Combination of indoor and outdoor settings
- Regular interaction with elementary-aged students
- Moderate physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and light lifting
- May be exposed to typical school-related noise levels
- Work hours aligned with before- and afterschool program schedules
