Job Description:OverviewAs a Junior Graphic Designer, you'll be a key member of the creative team, taking projects from concept through production alongside the design, photography, video, marketing and UX teams. Working closely with the Art Director and design team you'll develop clear, effective solutions to design challenges across packaging, brand development, corporate identity, digital, mobile, and user experience projects.This is a full-time, on-site position at our Columbus, OH facility. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. This position is ineligible for visa sponsorship.ResponsibilitiesExecute design direction from the Art Director while increasingly owning projects from concept through completionDevelop new creative concepts within established brand systemsPrepare production-ready artwork for print and web, including artwork modifications and file preparationManage and organize design assetsCollaborate with the Quoting Team to create designs across a range of products, from rack nameplates to knee sleevesDesign internal communications and signageBuild pages for The Index in WordPress, selecting imagery that fits and supports each articleUnderstand Rogue equipment, how it's used, and who it's forTrack competitors' design, marketing campaigns, and social mediaStay inspired and bring fresh ideas from outside sources to the teamRequirements1–3 years of professional graphic design experienceBachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experienceA portfolio featuring clean design and demonstrating brand consistency across a variety of piecesStrong branding and conceptual design skillsAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and PhotoshopWorking knowledge of Figma and WordPressA self-starter who takes initiative once direction is setPositive attitude and a collaborative approachNice to HaveEmail marketing experience, including IterableHTML experience across Figma and email marketing platformsBy applying to Rogue, regardless of the platform you choose to use, you are agreeing to Rogue's preferred methods of communication (i.e. text message).
