Creative Director
Remote (Based at an approved local secure facility). We work US time zones and ask that you're available during those hours, even if that means adjusting your schedule.

About The Role
This role exists to shape creative vision and guide it through to finished work. You will lead a team through concept development and oversee projects from idea to delivery. The work is primarily asynchronous, with most coordination happening through written updates rather than live meetings. You will join a team distributed across multiple countries and time zones. The environment is structured, with clear processes and zero tolerance for errors in creative output. You will also have significant autonomy in how you direct creative direction and team priorities.

What You'll Do

Own creative vision across projects and ensure consistency with brand direction

Lead and guide a team through concept development and creative execution

Oversee projects from initial concept through final delivery

Design and refine layouts using Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and Figma

Coordinate team collaboration and file sharing using Miro and Dropbox

What We're Looking For

Strong creative vision and ability to guide it through execution

Experience leading and directing a creative team

Hands-on experience with concept development

Practical experience overseeing projects from concept to delivery

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and Figma

Experience with creative project management tools, Miro, and Dropbox
