Marketing Leader Homebuilding Growth & Brand Strategy

Empire Homes is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the division's marketing strategy, campaigns, and brands. You will drive traffic, lead generation, and brand awareness while coordinating with Sales, Operations, Land Acquisition, and Finance to fuel division growth.
You will manage advertising, digital marketing, content creation, CRM usage, and market research to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels. This role reports to division leadership.
