Field Marketing Specialist Location: Preferred locations are New York, SF Bay Area, or Chicago Duration: 6 Months Pay Range: $26 - $42/hr. Top 3 Skills:

2+ years of B2B enterprise software marketing event experience, including webinars, workshops, in-person events, executive events, and 3rd-party sponsorships. Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), Microsoft Excel, and complex spreadsheet management for budget tracking and procurement. Experience supporting sales enablement materials, pre- and post-event communications, and documenting marketing program deliverables for scalable execution.

Position Summary As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will be part of a high-growth tech startup with a collaborative culture. Reporting to the Director, AMER Field Marketing and working in close partnership with two Field Marketing Managers, you will support the execution of marketing programs across two high-growth industry verticals. Responsibilities

Support the execution of marketing activities across both segments, including webinars, workshops, large-scale in-person events, executive events, and 3rd party sponsorships Assist with building and maintaining sales enablement materials, pre- and post-event, as well as our regular sales comms cadences Streamlining procurement management and budget tracking Document program deliverables to ensure programs are scalable and repeatable

Qualifications

2+ years of marketing event experience in a B2B enterprise software company Experienced with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and Mac Exceptional customer service to essential business partners Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, and Swoogo experience a plus Travel required for events (when appropriate)
