Account Manager - Immunology

The Account Manager, Immunology is responsible for promoting and selling Galderma's dermatology portfolio, including prescription biologics and consumer products, to high-value customers such as dermatologists, pharmacies, and healthcare networks. Key duties include developing expertise in brand strategies, executing commercial sales tactics, creating account plans to drive growth, analyzing market and customer needs, managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and coordinating customer engagement initiatives. The role requires collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to support demand generation and market access. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of outside sales experience with a focus on pharmaceutical or medical sales, and prior account management experience. Strong communication, business acumen, strategic thinking, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in sales reporting tools and MS Office is preferred. The role involves regular travel and work in diverse professional environments. Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $165,000 annually, plus commission and benefits such as health coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.
