Content & Social Media Manager

As our Content & Social Media Manager, you'll focus on coaching and developing our sales team. You'll help employees build their personal brands, create high-converting content, and grow their fan base and following. You'll run content training sessions, review and improve their posts, and build systems for consistent content creation.
Responsibilities Coach employees to build their personal brands on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Help the sales team create high-converting content that grows their following
Run content training sessions and teach what works and why
Review and improve team members' posts with actionable feedback
Build systems and workflows for consistent content creation
Develop strategies to grow each employee's fan base and reach
What We're Looking For Already strong on social media — especially Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Proven track record of growing accounts
Natural teacher and coach — patient and able to explain what works and why
Experience in personal branding or helping others grow their presence is a big plus
Organized and able to build repeatable content systems
Hourly: $30–$50 per hour
