Senior Internal Communications Campaigns Lead

Capital One is seeking a Sr. Associate, Communications to lead internal card campaigns with a storytelling mindset.
You will plan, write, and distribute content across intranet, newsletters, Slack, and events, informing and engaging more than 30,000 associates. You will collaborate with Creative, Executive Communications and Chiefs of Staff to translate wins into Card-wide messages, manage calendars, and optimize channels with data-driven insights.
