POSITION TITLE
Marketing – Graphic Design Intern

POSITION OVERVIEW
This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience supporting real business priorities within the Marketing Creative Services Team. The intern will contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and develop skills aligned to professional growth and business impact. This role is designed to provide practical experience in a fast‑paced environment while building foundational capabilities in problem solving, communication, and teamwork.

This internship is a full‑time (40 hours/week), paid position that is 11–12 weeks in length during the summer of 2027, located at our Spartanburg, SC location.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Support day‑to‑day activities and key projects within Creative Services

Produce impactful graphics for sales collateral, digital, and print content that help drive growth through product, industry, and market focused initiatives

Assist in developing reports, presentations, or process documentation

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across the organization

Identify opportunities for process improvement or efficiency gains

Present project findings, recommendations, or results

QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED

Candidates with or working toward a BS in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related design field

Competency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop

Detail oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS – PREFERRED

Exposure to brand guidelines, digital asset management, or video editing

Strong user of Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly in PowerPoint

Prior internship, project, or relevant experience
