Real Estate Marketing Strategist

Compass seeks a Marketing Advisor to join the team that shapes agents' marketing and branding projects from concept to execution. This 100% in-office role is based in our Napa and Sonoma offices and focuses on delivering strategic plans across branding, print, digital, social, and paid media.
You will coordinate with the design team and vendors, craft campaigns using InDesign, and guide agents through marketing initiatives while building strong relationships with clients and internal partners.
