Thatch is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to build and scale new acquisition channels from the ground up. You will own strategy across paid social, CTV, OOH, radio, and emerging channels, testing hypotheses and measurement plans to drive pipeline growth.
You will partner with Design, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Finance to optimize CAC, revenue, and attribution, turning experiments into repeatable growth while managing agency relationships and scaling successful programs.
