Growth Marketing VP: Demand & Revenue Leader

Veridian Service Partners is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to own the demand engine across brands and markets. You will manage the full marketing budget, drive lead flow, and optimize cost per lead and ROAS to hit revenue targets.
This role requires leadership of three directors and close collaboration with Inside Sales and Sales in a PE-backed environment. You will oversee consumer insights, brand, and web conversion, and build market entry playbooks for new markets.
