RosterDirect is a division of Serene Healthcare Staffing and a modern healthcare staffing marketplace connecting healthcare facilities with qualified clinicians for Per Diem, Contract, and Direct Hire staffing.
We are looking for motivated Business Development Representatives to help healthcare facilities discover and use our innovative staffing platform.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and contact healthcare facilities
- Present the RosterDirect platform
- Register and onboard new healthcare facilities
- Help clients create their first Staffing Request or shift
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Maintain accurate sales activities in our CRM
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in healthcare staffing, healthcare sales, recruiting, SaaS sales, or B2B business development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and conducting virtual demonstrations
Commission & Earnings
- $200 for each healthcare facility that completes onboarding and posts its first Staffing Request or shift
- 10% recurring commission on RosterDirect's net platform revenue from your accounts for the first 12 months
- 10% commission on Direct Hire placement fees from your accounts
- Monthly performance bonuses available
