Color Beyond is a video and podcast production company based in Cleveland Heights. We produce podcasts and video content for schools, nonprofits, and organizations, and we run a podcast studio that was named Best Podcast Studio in Cleveland in the 2026 PodcastStudio.com Awards. We are a small team, which means you will be close to the real work from day one.

Position Overview
We are looking for a paid Video & Podcast Production Intern. You will work across both sides of our business: the podcast studio and our corporate video projects for schools, nonprofits, and organizations. You will be an extra set of hands on real client work, learning how podcasts and videos get made from setup to final edit. This is a good fit for someone early in your career who already edits and creates video and wants to sharpen those skills on real productions.

What You'll Do

Edit podcast episodes and short-form clips

Edit corporate video content, including interviews

Help set up and break down cameras, lights, and audio for podcast recordings

Assist on corporate video shoots

Organize footage and project files

Help keep the studio ready for clients

Learn new skills and take on new tasks as they come up on both podcast and video projects

What We're Looking For

Early in your career. You might be a current student, a recent graduate, or self-taught. No degree required. We care about your work, not where you learned it.

Hands-on experience editing and creating video (school, personal, or freelance work all count)

Comfortable in at least one editing program such as Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

Understanding of short-form and social media video

Reliable, organized, and good with details

Eager to learn and comfortable taking feedback

Able to get to our Cleveland Heights studio

Camera, audio, or lighting experience is a plus

Interest in podcasting is a plus
