Cuemath runs live 1:1 online math classes for school-age children (K-12) across the US. We are growing our work with Chinese-American families, and we need someone to build and run Cuemath's presence on the platforms Chinese parents in the US actually use.
You will create Chinese-language content, run Cuemath's accounts, talk with parents, and track how each platform brings families to us. Most of this work runs from Cuemath's own accounts, which we will set up with you on each platform.
What you'll do
Set up and run Cuemath accounts on Chinese parent platforms: Xiaohongshu (RedNote), WeChat (parent groups and our Cuemath US account), Huaren.us, Wenxuecity, Chinese parent Facebook groups, and our Mandarin Instagram account
Write Chinese posts, Xiaohongshu notes, forum threads and short captions that parents find useful: how US math classes work, grade expectations, test and competition calendars, how to choose a math program
Connect with interested parents on Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Huaren.us and Wenxuecity, and share Cuemath details with them when they inquire
Reply to parent comments and questions, and take part in parent communities in a way that fits each one's rules
Review every piece of Chinese copy before it goes live, including ads, banners and reel captions, so it reads naturally to a Chinese-American parent
Track the funnel for each platform every week (views, clicks to our Chinese page, free evaluations booked) and share a short weekly note on what worked, what didn't, and what parents are asking about
What we're looking for
Native or near-native Chinese writing, in Simplified characters
Based in the US
Active on at least two of: WeChat parent groups, Xiaohongshu, Huaren.us, Wenxuecity, Chinese parent Facebook groups
Samples of content you have written that others read: Xiaohongshu notes, forum posts, a WeChat group or public account you run, or brand work
Comfortable with simple numbers: you can say which post worked and why
Available for one weekly video call with our team in India (early morning or evening US time)
Nice to have
You are a parent of a school-age child in the US
Familiar with Chinese weekend schools, after-school math academies or Chinese church and community programs
Prior social media work for a brand or business
