Resident Communications & Engagement Lead

FirstService Residential is seeking a Communications Coordinator to plan, implement, and manage resident communications across newsletters, announcements, notices, surveys and email campaigns. You will maintain websites and digital platforms, support events, and collaborate with departments to promote consistent, branded messaging.
You will develop templates, edit materials, and monitor analytics to improve engagement, always aligning with client expectations and standards.
