Head of Growth Marketing (Remote)

1mind is seeking a Director of Marketing to turn our go-to-market strategy into an integrated engine spanning content, demand generation, social, and communications. You will own full-funnel demand generation and partner with the CMO and RevOps to optimize pipeline performance.
This is a high-ownership, individual-contributor role with no direct reports today, but with room to grow the function as the company scales. We value data-driven decision making and hands-on execution.
