Role Description
This role encompasses customer service, branding, creativity, and project management. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build good working relationships across different teams and personalities. The ideal candidate can handle sensitive situations and office dynamics with professionalism and tact.

The day-to-day responsibilities include:
Assisting the C Suite and recruiting department with materials and support
Overseeing the marketing stock; seasonal offerings, restock popular items, and budgets
Support internal committees/coaching groups committed to the success of the sales team and promotion of our culture
Identifying and creating materials to enhance and support the skills of Stockton Mortgage Loan Originators
Create social media content for the president and C Suite that supports Stockton’s messaging while promoting each person’s unique voice and brand
Identify opportunities and coordinate video content for behind the scenes, top producer, and other content that can promote Stockton Mortgage publicly and internally
Be the face of the marketing department for recently onboarded Stockton employees; assisting them in getting settled into the company

Qualifications
Communication and Customer Service skills
Marketing and Sales experience
Administrative Assistance expertise
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
Experience in the mortgage or real estate industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
