Constant Contact is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for Sales & Marketing in a hybrid role based in Waltham, MA, supporting growth in a high-growth SaaS environment.
You will partner with sales and marketing leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies, coach leaders, drive performance, and influence compensation design and org design. The HR team is on-site 1–2 days/week.
