Part-time Office/Marketing Manager

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, personable, and mature individual to help promote the programs of a personal coach and PhD who specializes in helping doctors grow their practices nationwide. This part-time role involves contacting doctors’ offices by phone and email to invite them to participate in seminars and programs.
Responsibilities Make phone calls to potential clients to extend invitations to programs or seminars.
Contact state associations to gain approval for and organize seminars
Responsible for seminar attendance and marketing
Qualifications Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone.
Energetic and approachable personality.
Pays commensurate with experience.
Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00/8:30 AM – 12:0/12:30 PM.
