Podcast Video Producer

To enhance digital presence, the temporary full-time Podcast Video & Social Media Producer will create and manage long-form and short-form video content for various platforms while collaborating with podcast producers to align with the brand's voice and marketing strategies in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities

Produce and publish long-form videos for Criminal's YouTube channel, including initial editorial cuts and final versions
Create engaging short-form video content for social media and YouTube shorts, translating podcast moments into visual stories
Develop and execute a social media plan to promote new episodes and events, optimizing content for platform performance

Required qualifications

Proven experience in producing long-form and short-form video content, particularly for interview-driven formats
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their performance drivers
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, along with design tools like Photoshop or Canva
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively within a team
Experience in podcast media or editorial-driven brands is preferred
