LAS CRUCES, NM – Seeking a result-driven Marketing and Sales Specialist to join the Adams Media team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans for clients, managing client relationships, and driving sales through various outreach methods. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for community engagement, and proficiency in radio communication and programming.
Responsibilities Creating Marketing Plans: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to clients needs
Analyze market trends and client feedback to refine marketing efforts
Conducting In-Person Meetings: Schedule and lead meetings with clients to present marketing strategies and proposals
Build strong relationships through effective face to face communication
Managing Clients: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Monitor client satisfaction and address ANY concerns
Creating Proposals: Draft and present compelling proposals that align with client objectives
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals meet expectations
Cold Calling Prospect and reach out to potential clients through cold calling to generate new business opportunities
Maintain a pipeline of leads and track interactions in the CRM system
Radio Communication and Programming Utilize programming knowledge to enhance marketing strategies
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in radio technology
Community Engagement Actively participate in civic organizations and volunteer work to promote brand visibility and community involvement
Build partnerships with local organizations to enhance community engagement
Qualifications Education High School Diploma required, further education in marketing, communications or a related field preferred
Experience Entry-level: 2 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing
Senior-level: 10 years plus experience in sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power Point, and CRM software
Familiarity with radio communication and programming is a plus
