Social Media & Influencer Manager Job at Benaar LA in Los Angeles

Own the influencer calendar: who is posting, what product, and when.

Work directly with LTK to keep gifting, seeding and creator campaigns on target. Experience with ShopMy is a plus.

Manage day-to-day relationships with our creators, from outreach and briefing through posting and follow-up.

Identify and recruit new creators whose audience fits the Benaar customer.

Set up every creator with unique tracking links and keep attribution clean and organized.

Track what each creator’s posts deliver, and bring recommendations on who to grow, test or pause.

Content and creative

Create assets for marketing, email and paid ads, working with our agency partner and turning around

Assist on photoshoots, including styling, shot lists, sample pulls and on-set coordination.

Manage content creation and post-production details: selects, retouching notes, file delivery and asset organization.

Move easily between polished, on-brand imagery and authentic, creator-style content.

Social channels and community

Plan and prepare content for our social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest, with a content calendar tied to launches and creator moments.

Engage with our community: comments, DMs, tags and reposting creator content with the right usage rights.

Stay current on platform trends, creator behavior and fashion culture.

Coordination across the team

Keep the in-house team informed about influencer posting schedules and the product being featured.

Oversee specific product for creator programs, and alert the fulfillment team when items are posted so inventory is ready.

Coordinate gifting and sample shipments with our fulfillment partner.

Work closely with the President, the Founder and marketing on launches, promotions and campaigns.
