Remote Head of Customer Marketing & Growth

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Customer Marketing to build and lead a new customer marketing area from the ground up, reporting directly to the CMO. You will inherit an eight-person team across three functions and shape strategy from day one.
You’ll own product marketing positioning, lead sales collateral and copywriting, and drive upsell campaigns and executive events. Hire, define KPIs, and report results to the CMO and executive team as the function scales.
